Motorcycling Australia   Motorcycling Australia (MA) is the governing body of motorcycle sport in Australia.

In any sport, it is essential to have rules regulating its conduct. This is particularly so in the case of motorcycling, in which safety is vital for all participants and spectators. The rules form the basis of a contract between the regulating bodies of the sport and those who participate in it, namely the licence holders, the promoters and the clubs.

The rules must be fair, they must confer on officials a clearly defined discretion to ensure that they are applied fairly, and must be observed by all. As the technology of our sport is constantly changing and developing so must the rules be adaptable to change.

preston mcc   Preston Motorcycle Club

Preston Motorcycle Club actively pursues the enjoyment  of sporting fellowship. Members can participate in motorcycle sport to any level that they feel happy with, up to National level competition (even beyond!).  Our fun days in both road and dirt welcome those with a day to spend riding motorcycles. We are active in interclub series on both tarmac and dirt and many members feature in competition success at higher levels also.  Preston Club has enjoyed a long and illustrious history and continues to have an active and healthy membership. We also seek an enjoyable social side where members definitely DO NOT frown on the odd lager.
The club was started in the Melbourne suburb of Preston back in 1927. Catering then as it does now to competition motorcyclists Preston riders soon started achieving results, commencing a tradition that is our legacy today.
