Theres a link up there at the top of all pages and its called Latest Content.
Could be a good first port of call nudge nudge wink wink
Under each 'my account' up the top is the subscription tab . You can subsribe or unsubscribe to pretty well any type of content . Quite a few people for instance subscribe only to the rides or events , and so can be alerted vis email when a ride is ever posted.
